CONCEPT The Sealed Well of Artera

A well located somewhere near Lake Artera, east of The Mountains of Misplacement. The well is difficult to find, and has been sealed by a strong magical force. There are many rumors to the well's purpose. Some say it was used as an entrance to a long forgotten dungeon, while others believe the waters contained within are enchanted with powerful spells, and that it was sealed to prevent it's misuse.
